Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their own homes. You will provide essential care, comfort, and companionship to help patients stay independent and maintain quality of life.

In this role, you will follow care plans, monitor well-being, and coordinate with families and clinicians. A CNA certification and CPR are preferred and encourage ongoing growth in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Home Health Aide Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required (AL, FL, MI, MT, NM, TX), applicants must meet one of the following:
• They are already a licensed/certified aide; or
• They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
• Current CPR certification required.
