Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to support recipients in their own homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, assist with skill-building activities, and encourage participation in community-based goals.

Responsibilities include following care plans, ensuring safety, and helping recipients maintain independence. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes to support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to support personal goals outside the home environment.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
