ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, and you may accompany clients to community events to help grow their personal goals outside of home.

Full and part-time positions are available. We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process as part of our supportive team culture.

Competenze

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
