Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate in-home support, encourage participation in skill-building activities, and help clients engage with the community to reach personal goals.

Full- and part-time roles are available. A flexible schedule and weekly pay are offered as part of a caring team that values happiness and inspiration in its culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable individuals are sought.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments is required.
• Must pass background checks and screenings, and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes and support daily living activities.
• Assist with skill-building activities and community outings.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for Recipients.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
