ExpertCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and various benefit opportunities to support both recipients and caregivers.

Competenze

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
