Job summary

Horizon Home Health Care in Montgomery County, Ohio is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care that helps clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. The role supports patients with daily living activities and mobility.

You will receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits. Prior caregiving is preferred but not required; STNA or CNA certification is required or one year under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Assists clients with activities of daily living.
• Able to monitor client condition and report changes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessary.
• Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and related tasks.
• Monitors and reports changes to supervising nurse and care team.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care provided.
