Job summary

Modivcare seeks compassionate Certified Caregivers (PCA & HHA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care in Patchogue and surrounding areas. Earn $19.86 per hour plus extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

The role requires active NYS PCA or HHA certification, reliability, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am). Weekly pay and a range of benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active NYS PCA or HHA certification required.
• Must be willing to work in Patchogue and surrounding areas.
• Availability for 12 hour shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); assist with mobility as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, welcoming living spaces; support medication reminders.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
