Modivcare in New York is seeking compassionate certified caregivers (PCA/HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. This role focuses on comfort, companionship and reliable, attentive support for clients in their own homes.

Position offers flexible schedules including full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, competitive starting pay of $19.86 per hour plus rewards, paid orientation and benefits including medical, dental and retirement. Weekly pay and referral bonuses are provided.

Formación

• Active NYS PCA or HHA Certification REQUIRED
• Must be willing to work in Mastic or Shirley, NY
• Availability to work Weekdays and/or Weekends, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
• Reliable transportation
• A compassionate spirit and a trustworthy heart

Responsabilidades

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
