Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Certified Caregiver - HHA/PCA to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care in a respectful home setting.

Earn $19.86/hr plus extras through our Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, paid training, and benefits to support your wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.
• NYS PCA/HHA certification required.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts, 8am–8pm.
• Experience with bedbound care and Hoyer lift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
