Job summary

ModivCare in Patchogue, NY seeks certified LIVE-IN caregivers (PCA & HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. Earn $19.86/hr plus extra rewards through our Caregiver Rewards Program. Accepting flexible full-time or part-time Live-In shifts with weekly pay and referral incentives.

Required NYS PCA or HHA certification and willingness to work in Suffolk County. Reliable transportation and a compassionate, trustworthy demeanor are essential to deliver quality home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals, including standing, walking, bending and lifting as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
