Job summary

Modivcare is seeking compassionate caregivers (PCA & HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Riverhead, NY. Earn up to $21/hr with opportunities for extra earnings through the caregiver rewards program and weekly pay.

Must hold NYS PCA or HHA certification and be willing to work 8am-6pm, with weekday and/or weekend availability. Reliable transportation and a caring, trustworthy attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
