Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Largo, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to join our team and deliver quality in-home care to clients in their own homes.

Positions require an HHA certification, CPR, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience. A valid driver's license with a clean record and a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance are essential. Background screening and TB test are also required.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
