Synergy HomeCare is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care for seniors in Largo, FL. You will perform ADLs, mobility support, meal assistance, appointment accompaniment, and light housekeeping while following care plans and agency protocols.

Requirements include an active CNA license, CPR certification, 1 year of caregiving experience, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and insurance. Competitive pay and supportive management are offered.

• Driver's license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Reliable vehiclewith current registration and insurance.

• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.

• Current Negative TB Test.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
