Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Clearwater, Florida. The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and adherence to care plans and agency protocols.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal preparation, appointments, light housekeeping, monitoring client condition, and providing companionship to support clients in maintaining independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

What You Will Do:

• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
