Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to support clients in Seminole, Florida, and surrounding areas. You will provide ADL assistance, mobility support, meals, and companionship in clients' homes, following established care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications include an HHA certification, CPR, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience. A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, fingerprinting, TB test, and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Home Health Aide certification.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting and TB test.
• Compassionate, reliable, professional demeanor and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report them.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; encourage social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

What You Will Do:
