Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Pinellas Park, Florida is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our in-home care team. You will provide essential ADL support, mobility assistance, meal prep, and transport to appointments while following care plans and agency protocols.

Requirements include valid HHA certification, CPR, at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver's license with clean record, reliable insured vehicle, background screening, TB test, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompanying clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
