Grand Meadow Senior Living in Grand Meadow, MN is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home or facility-based care to residents. This part-time role offers flexible schedules of days or evenings and a competitive hourly wage of $18–$19.88.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and routine tasks, monitor health, and support residents under medical staff supervision while maintaining dignity and independence for those in our care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of previous caregiving experience (preferred).

What You'll Do:

• Provide essential daily support to elderly or disabled residents by helping with personal care, mobility, medications, meals, and housekeeping.
• Monitor health conditions, offer emotional support and companionship, engage residents in activities, document care, and respond to emergencies, all while working under medical staff supervision and following care plans that maintain resident dignity.
