Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (ND or MN) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.
• Home care or senior care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Support activities of daily living, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Deliver memory care support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's with patience.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Offer companionship and one-on-one support to help clients stay at home.

What you will do

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.


• Mobility and transfer assistance.


• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.


• Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.


• Observe and document each client's condition and report changes to the care team.


• Companionship and one-on-one support that helps clients stay at home.

What we are looking for

• An active CNA certification (North Dakota or Minnesota).


• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.


• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.


• Home care or senior care experience is a plus.
