Job summary

Grand Meadow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to support elderly or disabled residents with daily personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to work under medical staff supervision within a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, providing companionship, documenting care, and following individualized care plans to maintain resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Provide essential daily support to elderly or disabled residents with personal care, mobility, medications, meals, and housekeeping
• Monitor health conditions and document care under medical staff supervision according to care plans
