Saint Therese Corcoran is seeking two Part-Time Home Health Aides for overnight care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role supports residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being, including daily living tasks, companionship, and care plan collaboration with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving in a senior care facility.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment within scope of practice.
• Strong reliability and attendance with accountability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems.
• Strong teamwork mindset to collaborate with nurses and care team.
• Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents per training and safety guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Administer medications per training and policy.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system.
• Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans.

Part-Time | Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Schedule: 11:00pm-7:30am | 32 hours per two-week pay period. Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $19.10 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience) | *Same Day Pay Available*

We are seeking two Home Health Aides to join us on our overnight shift! Make a meaningful difference at night as a Home Health Aide at Saint Therese. This critical overnight role is essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You'll provide hands-on care, compassionate support, and meaningful companionship while working alongside a dedicated care team to help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ months of caregiving experience in senior care facility setting.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice
• Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems
• Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members
• Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota
