Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, and monitor client health while following care plans.

Great pay and flexible scheduling in a supportive team environment. Earn $18–$20 per hour with direct deposit, overtime and holiday pay, and 24/7 management support.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
