Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home care, helping clients maintain comfort and dignity in familiar surroundings.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, document findings, and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
