What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and conversation to seniors
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Support with Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Help with safety and mobilityPromote a clean, safe, and positive home environment
• Document care activities and communicate with the office team

Qualifications

• Certified HHA, CNA, or PCA preferred (caregiver experience required)
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week, day/evening/weekend shifts)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional communicator
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist safely with transfers
• Must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Commitment to completing orientation and ongoing training
