Job summary

Arosa is seeking in‑home care professionals in New Jersey to provide compassionate assistance to seniors in Cherry Hill, Sicklerville, Mt. Holly, and surrounding areas. Our team prioritizes dignity, independence, and tailored care.

You will help with ADLs, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while coordinating with Care Managers to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered service.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, TB Test or Chest X‑Ray required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid New Jersey HHA Certificate (Required).
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
