Job summary

Arosa is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care in New Jersey. You will assist clients with daily living activities, help maintain a safe home, and document progress for the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ HHA certificate, can work in the U.S., and demonstrate excellent communication and reliability in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate personality and patient approach are valued.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid HHA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team to coordinate services.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support with clients and families.
