Job summary

Arosa is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Cherry Hill, Sicklerville, and Mt. Holly. You will assist with activities of daily living, maintain a safe home, and document progress with the care team.

Ideal candidates are English-speaking, patient, with a NJ HHA certificate and a valid driver’s license. We offer care coins, wage-advance options, and a strong benefits package in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication with clients and care team.
• Compassion, patience, and a heart for helping seniors are essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to meet background and TB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
