Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking CNAs and HHAs for Fairfield County, CT, with day and overnight shifts available. Per diem positions offer competitive pay and quick case placement, with weekly direct deposit and sign-on bonuses.

You will provide one-on-one in-home care, assist with daily living, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and safety. Drivers encouraged to apply; CT CNA license or HHA/CNA cert required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
