Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is hiring per diem Live-In CNAs/HHAs to support clients across Connecticut. You’ll provide care in clients’ homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being, with flexible scheduling and rapid case placement.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, meal prep and light housekeeping, and compassionate companionship. Requirements include CT CNA license or HHA certificate, at least 1 year of caregiver experience, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current CT CNA License or HHA Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year caregiver experience.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Physical exam within the last 12 months.
• PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years).
