Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking per diem CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one care across Fairfield County, Stamford, New Canaan, and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes compassionate, in-home support with day and overnight shifts available, rapid onboarding, and immediate case placement.

Competitive pay at $20/hour with a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and referral bonuses. Driving CNAs/HHA are encouraged to apply for faster assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON test within 12 months or recent chest X-ray within 5 years
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
