Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking Per Diem CNAs and HHAs for Hartford County, CT, including Bristol, with day shifts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role focuses on one-on-one home care, delivering care in clients’ homes with a strong emphasis on safety, comfort, and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
