Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
