Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Fairfield County, CT is seeking Per Diem CNAs and HHAs to join our team providing one-on-one home care. You’ll work day shifts across towns including Greenwich, Westport, Darien and surrounding areas with 6–12 hour options, drivers preferred.

Competitive pay $20/hour, weekly direct deposit, sign-on bonus, and rapid onboarding with flexible weekday and weekend shifts. Minimum 1 year CNA/HHA experience, valid CT license, and ability to work in the U.S.; cases are available

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Hoyer lift experience required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
