Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their own homes. You will deliver direct patient care under the plan of care, monitor vitals, and help with daily living activities to maintain dignity and comfort.

A minimum of one year of health aide experience is required, along with a CNA/HHA certificate. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are also needed to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• One year (or more) verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document patient notes.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements, document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
