Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team and provide high-quality in-home care to patients in Kentucky. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and offer companionship in a fast-paced home environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of HHA experience, strong communication, and reliability. A valid driver's license and transportation are a plus, as visits are conducted at patients' residences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
