You will assist with personal care, meal prep, mobility, monitoring health, and companionship, following care plans and safety protocols.

The role features a 3-day schedule (Wed–Fri 9AM–5PM) with competitive pay, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a Home Health Aide is required.
• CPR and basic first aid knowledge are essential.
• Ability to lift patients safely with proper technique and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure clients receive nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients.
• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings as required.

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM-5PM
