SYNERGY HomeCare East Columbus is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide non-medical in-home care for clients in Columbus, OH. You will support daily living activities, companionship, and safety to help clients live independently and with dignity.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East Columbus. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and independent lives. Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
