Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care in California is seeking compassionate caregivers with HCA certification to support clients at home. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and safety in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes building meaningful connections, flexible shifts, and travel up to 25 miles as needed. A sign-on bonus of $100 after 30 days and 40 hours worked is available, with pay determined by experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year experience
• Valid driver's license (proof of insurance)
• Reliable transportation
• Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption
• Current TB skin test or Clear X-ray
• Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry - Able to obtain through Golden Years
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed
