Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care in California is seeking dedicated caregivers with a valid HCA certification to join our compassionate team. You will help seniors with daily activities and provide companionship in the comfort of their homes.

As a caregiver, you will tailor activities to each client’s interests, support health and safety, and collaborate with families to ensure quality of life. We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, plus weekend bonuses and competitive pay

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry - able to obtain through Golden Years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be fully vaccinated or have an exemption.
• Current TB skin test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift.

Job Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed
