Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (HCA certified) to provide dignified, client-centered care in San Diego. You will tailor activities, offer companionship, and support daily living in the comfort of clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, errands, and dementia care. Eligible candidates may receive a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, plus weekend bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption.
• Current TB skin test or Clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registry - Able to obtain through Golden Years.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed.
