Job summary

Doctor's Choice Home Care & Hospice Texas is seeking an Account Executive to grow the home health service line by forging and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including physicians and hospitals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years of home care or healthcare sales experience a plus.
• Understanding of health care services strongly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 95% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow the home health service line by developing relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and others).
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources to drive business.
• Educate the healthcare community on benefits of home health services.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Travel within territory up to 95% and attend events or meetings as needed.
