DFW Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is seeking an Account Executive in the Denton area to drive the sales strategy, grow market share, and educate the medical community on home health services. This role serves as the customer service representative for referral sources, delivering education and in-services.

You will build relationships with referral sources, manage multiple contacts, tailor solutions, and expand the healthcare community's awareness of our home

Competenze

• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow care access
• Implement, manage, and document sales activities with multiple contacts per source
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals
