Job summary

Our client in Erie, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to provide in-home care across the local area. This role offers a full benefits package and a pay-per-visit structure.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some travel; travel reimbursement is provided. A PA RN license with BLS/ACLS certification and a valid driver’s license are required, plus willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Minimum 1+ year of RN experience.
• Active PA RN license.
• Valid BLS or ACLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care to patients in their own homes across Western Pennsylvania.
• Travel to patient locations with travel reimbursement provided.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety, documentation and communication.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health team members.
