Job summary

FS Builder Resources and Flooring Services is seeking a Designer to lead design appointments in Lewisville, TX. You will guide clients through tile, cabinetry, paint, carpet, hardwood, and countertops selections while aligning with budget and timelines.

As a Designer, you will prepare design documents, collaborate with builders and sales staff, and ensure accurate, clear communications. A background in interior design or flooring sales is preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Create comprehensive computer-generated elevations and diagrams for tile designs.
• Develop relationships with builders and sales personnel.
• Ensure design documents are communicated to all parties.
• Manage multiple projects with varying budgets and scopes.
• Maintain strong organizational skills across moving parts.
• Set clear client expectations on pricing, timelines and scope.
• Guide clients through the design process.
• Read and interpret floor plans.
