Ameris Bank seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate and close mortgage loans for clients and referral partners. You will build relationships with realtors, builders, brokers, and branch staff to proactively solicit business and generate leads for financing needs.

Maintain an active NMLS license, stay informed on mortgage products, and coordinate with processors to ensure timely loan closings while meeting production targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using mortgage origination applications.
• Effective utilization of a contact management system.
• Knowledge of mortgage products/servicing, operations, and current market trends.
• Proven mortgage production of $5 million over the past year.
• Proven success in establishing referral relationships.
