Job summary

Northgate Ready Mix, a CRH company, is seeking a truck driver to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in the area. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, ensuring safety and providing top-tier service to customers while maintaining accurate delivery records.

The role offers home every night, training provided, and opportunities for advancement within CRH. If you love driving and customer service, this position fits a family-friendly, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

Valid Class A or B CDL and current DOT medical card.
Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance and attendance.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current authorization to work in the United States, and pass pre-employment testing and exam.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely and efficiently by utilizing equipment within its designed parameters.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operational order and report maintenance issues.
Deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites, following dispatch instructions and safety rules.
Maintain communication with Dispatcher regarding deliveries and keep delivery tickets with special instructions.
Record sales and delivery information and maintain operator logs.
