Job summary

American Rock Products is seeking a Mixer Driver to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in the area. The role emphasizes safety, reliable attendance, and customer service while contributing to project timelines.

Training is available for those new to the field, with overtime opportunities and potential for career growth within the CRH family. Daily responsibilities include loading, pumping, and accurate documentation of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Current Class A or B CDL with self-certification of non-excepted interstate and current DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate manual transmission.
• Safety minded professional with good attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation.
• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites, following dispatch instructions.
• Maintain communication with Dispatcher regarding deliveries and complete delivery tickets.
• Ensure proper materials loaded safely and obtain signatures as required.
• Record sales and delivery information and maintain logs as per DOT and company policy.
