Northgate Ready Mix in Windsor, CA is seeking a Ready-Mix Truck Driver to deliver concrete to job sites, operating a mixer truck and ensuring quality service. You will work with customers to provide top-tier service while staying compliant with safety and DOT requirements.

This role emphasizes family-friendly hours, home every night, and potential overtime. Training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL and a current DOT medical card.
• Safety minded professional with good attendance.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and current work authorization; pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Unrestricted Class A CDL preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites, safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report issues.
• Maintain operator logs and DOT-required records.
• Load materials and follow dispatch instructions; ensure proper signatures.
• Rinse out drum and comply with safety procedures.
• Communicate with Dispatcher regarding deliveries and customer needs.
