Montana Materials & Construction, A CRH Company is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver in Anaconda, MT. You will operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver to job sites, providing top-tier service and ensuring product quality. Training is available for those with limited experience, and overtime may be required.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable attendance with opportunities for overtime, benefits, and potential advancement within CRH.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL unrestricted and current DOT medical card.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Safety minded professional with good attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to work with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and other employees.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment-controlled substance testing.
• Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain communication with Dispatcher and check delivery tickets for special instructions.
• Record sales and delivery information and maintain logs as required.
