Northgate Ready Mix, a CRH company, is seeking a Driver/Delivery-CDL to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in California. This full-time role offers home nightly, overtime potential, and a path for career growth within a national construction family.

You will perform vehicle inspections, load and deliver materials, and maintain records while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Safety minded and dependable with good attendance.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States; pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain logs and delivery tickets; collect signatures.
• Rinse drum and chutes; dispose slurry per procedures.
• Communicate with Dispatcher; relay delivery instructions.
• Attend to customer questions and promote services.
• Maintain safe operation and report issues.
