• Review loan approvals and gather all conditions required for underwriting and closing.
• Collect financial and property-related documents, including income verification, insurance, appraisal, and title documents.
• Provide outstanding service through consistent customer contact with timely responses, updates and support.
• Meet individual performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity.
